About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team and support our customers with a positive, helpful, and professional experience. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
Assist customers with questions related to orders, products, shipping, returns, refunds, and account information.
Resolve basic customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.
Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems.
Follow established customer service processes and company guidelines.
Work closely with other departments to help resolve customer issues.
Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding requests.
Support the team with other customer service and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated from a college/university.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
